30-Day Salad Challenge

You know why salads are good for you (e.g., they are nutrient dense, disease-fighting, and fiber rich), but you find it hard to make salads happen on a regular basis. Maybe you don't have time to make one every day, you don't have the right ingredients, or you get bored eating the same salad over and over. This challenge is designed to take away those barriers and allow you to experience the incredible health benefits of incorporating more leafy greens into your daily routine.

Important note: you will not be preparing a salad from scratch each day! Instead, we will give you tools and strategies to streamline your prep time, while still getting all the health benefits of a daily bowl of green leafies in creative ways. The challenge gives you the flexibility to repeat recipes you like best, eat out or take in your greens from a restaurant, or incorporate your own familiar favorites during the 30 days.


Each week you'll receive:
  • A shopping list
  • 5 "salad" recipes*
    (green/grain-based salads, dips, dressings, green drinks)
  • Prep strategies
  • Nutrition tips
    * Recipes can be easily adapted to meet specific dietary needs (e.g., dairy-free, vegetarian, or nut-free.)
  • All for $35 ($20 for repeat registrants)!!
Throughout the 30 days participants have access to a licensed counselor for questions, general support, and encouragement.
