While you don’t have to follow the recipes exactly, just make sure to keep these guidelines in mind: Foods to eliminate are Processed Foods, Wheat, Dairy, Meat & Poultry, Alcohol, Caffeine (including tea and chocolate)
Choose your Own Start Date
It is recommend to start on a Monday so you can review the program materials and shopping list over the weekend. Each week you will be provided with a variety of recipes that you can choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also be given healthy snack options.
