Enjoy More "Greens"
Food is fuel for your body and what you put in your body helps your personal vehicle run efficiently. We recognize it is beneficial to enjoy what you eat to create a substantial habit. With both in mind, we offer Enjoy More "Greens" to help you to get all the health benefits of daily greens in a variety of ways.
The 21-day, clean eating and conscious living program can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. For three weeks, fuel your body and mind with whole food based recipes and daily yoga practices designed to ground, energize, and awaken. The Clean and Conscious Program includes:
- Weekly clean eating meal plans, recipes, & shopping lists
- Daily yoga practices, including intention setting, breathing exercises, meditation, poses, & sequences
- Individual email support with Carolyn, a licensed clinical counselor and health coach, and Erin, an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher)
- Additional online support from the Clean and Conscious Community
